Happy Half Birthday Bella!!

For all of our kids we celebrate their "half" birthday! When they turn 6 months old we have a little cake and one present, it is super fun, the kids had a blast in helping out with Bellas.  All of our other kids hated cake at 6 months, and Bella dug right in, she loved it!!!

6 Months!

At 6 months you are sitting up all by yourself!!! Drooling everywhere we are sure a tooth is about to poke through any day now!  You are eating any type of baby food, squash, sweet potatoes, peas, pears, apples, peaches, oatmeal, and bananas! And it is all homemade by your mommy and you LOVE all of it!  You are still not sleeping through the night waking up about every 4 hours to eat!! You go to bed around 630-7 and wake up around 6 am!!! You are still all smiles and we love you to pieces!!!

Halloween 2011

We had a great Halloween this year, the weather was awesome, the kids were all old enough (except Bella) to really enjoy it.  We walked around the neighborhood for about 2 hours the kids got way too much candy! But they had a great time.  Even Bella got a few pieces of candy!! Here are some pictures of our night.

5 Months

Isabella at 5 Months! She has started eating cereal and bananas, loves the bananas and hates the cereal!!!! She is still the happiest baby on earth!!! She is almost sitting up all on her own, she plays alot! and likes to watch Baby Einstein and gets really excited when I turn the DVD on.  She LOVES to go for walks when it is not hot out. She is starting to play more and more everyday with her brother and she is drooling like crazy!!! I swear a tooth is going to pop through any day now!  I am enjoying every single moment I have with her!  I have learned since this is my last kid I need to savour the moments I have with her and that is exactly what I am doing, the dishes, laundry and other stuff can wait! She is growing up way to fast!  We Love you Bella Boo!!!

4 Months!!!

4 Months

On September 13, 2011 Isabella turned 4 Months Old!!!  She is defintely not a newborn any more!!! She is sleeping less and playing a lot more.  She has started grabbing toys with her hands and putting them in her mouth of course!  She has rolled over once for her dad, but will be rolling over soon all the time.  She still has same schedule at night wakes up around 11-12, sometimes 3 and then about 6 to eat.  We haven't started any food yet.  She had her 4 month check up and she weighed 14 pounds!!!! She is in the 90% for weight!!! She is always sooooo happy and loves her brother and sisters like crazy! Happy 4th Month Bella Boo!!

1st Day of School!!

Ok,..so kids have been in school for what like 9 weeks!!! I am a little behind but going to try to catch up soon.

This Year I have two kids in school!!!! YIKES! Abby is in Kindergarten and is super super excited, we went and saw her classroom and met her teacher, Ms. Serrano, who is super nice we are so lucky she got a great teacher.

Emma is in 2nd Grade this year, and at their school the teacher moves with the class from 1st grade to 2nd grade so Emma had the same teacher Ms. Moyer which I was really happy about, it was an easy transition for her she had the same teacher and same students in her class.  And this year seemed a bit easier for Emma I think because she had her little sister to take care of.  Emma also got to visit her classroom before the start of school.  (oh, and did I mention my lovely husband was gone during all of this, so I was all on my own meeting teachers, ordering shirts, dropping off school supplies with 4 kids!)

Then the first day of school arrived!!! Emma was really nervous and Abby was super excited.  Emma almost cried, we were a little late so we didn't really have time for long goodbyes which I think helped. But by the end of the day when I picked them up they both said they had a great day!

And we are now in our 8th week of school, (according to Emma) and they are both doing so well!  Emma has not cried once, (which is really big) she has been moved to a special spelling group with harder words and her behavior has been excellent every single day!  And Abby also has been doing really well, she is so excited everyday to go to school, she wants to do her homework everynight, she has already made a ton of friends, she has already won an award (which I will post later) We couldn't be prouder of both of them!!!!

3 Months!!

At 3 Months, Bella is ALOT more vocal, cooing, and grunting ALL the time.  When she wakes up in the middle on the night, she doesn't cry at all, she talks!!!  She also does not like to lay back, she wants to sit up, but can't yet on her own.  She smiles ALL the time and loves it when her brother and sisters talk to her just not all at the same time.  She isn't sleeping as much during the day she will take a small morning nap and longer afternoon nap and goes to bed around 8:00 pm.  Still waking up twice in the night to eat :)  We love her to pieces and can't imagine our crazy house without her sweet face!

Playing in the Rain!!!

Living in Miami it rains almost every single day, and sometimes there is no thunder, no lightening just a nice rain.  Well we had one of those days recently and I told the kids they could go outside and run around and they could not believe what I had told them, they were shocked!!! They had a great time and it was great watching them so happy!!!
